A helicopter landing or taking off is a true test of a dog’s temperament and trust In his handler. Our dogs seem unaffected by the wind and sounds. Gromit wanted to get on board and check out this crazy machine. Gromit has done exemplary therapy dog and K9 First Responder work.
He has shown convincing evidence of sensing and responding to epileptic seizures. Most interesting was his untrained protective response of gluing himself to the person’s side prior to a seizure.
He recently earned AKC Champion in confirmation events, He and Caleigh have earned rally novice this summer. Canine Good Citizen Advanced and Urban. Therapy Dog. He is a member of K9 First Responders. He had a significant deployment to the US Capitol where several teams were the primary first responder support teams deployed on the anniversary of the January 6 insurrection
